Our Bann Hog Roast menu offer a selection of hot and cold canapes for your guest
on arrival to you party.This menu offers your guest from groups of 70 to 6000 people, a choice of slow
roasted Hog barbeque or Spit Roasted Lamb or Spit Roasted full chickens served
with a floury roll, wrap or brioche bun and with selection of sauce and homemade
stuffing.This slow roasted spit roast BBQ can take around 5 hours to cook at your venue by
of fully trained chefs.Also included with this BBQ menu is a choice of 4 freshly made salads, served buffet
style.In addition with the Foyle Hog Roast Menu you have a choice of a hot potato option
for your guests
With this menu you can also add a choice of desserts for your guests.Also provided with your menu are compostable plates, napkins and cutlery.
