This menu offers your guest from groups of 70 to 6000 people, a choice of slow roasted Hog barbeque or Spit Roasted Lamb or Spit Roasted full chickens served with a floury roll, wrap or brioche bun and with selection of sauce and homemade stuffing.This slow roasted spit roast BBQ can take around 5 hours to cook at your venue by of fully trained chefs.Also included with this BBQ menu is a choice of 4 freshly made salads, served buffet style.In addition with the Foyle Hog Roast Menu you have a choice of a hot potato option for your guestsAs well as a choice of a hot vegetarian option for your partySuitable for groups for 75 guests to 6000 guests, all foods are served on compostable plates etc and served by or experienced team of chefs.Also provided with your menu are compostable plates, napkins and cutlery.All BBQ foods are served buffet style.
