This menu offers your guest from groups of 70 to 6000 people, a choice of slow roasted Hog barbeque or Spit Roasted Lamb or Spit Roasted Full Chickens served with a floury roll, wrap or brioche bun and with selection of sauce and homemade stuffing.Suitable for groups for 75 guests to 6000 guests, all foods are served on compostable plates etc and served by or experienced team of chefs.Also provided with your menu are compostable plates, napkins and cutlery.All BBQ foods are served buffet style.MAIN COURSE
